United Construction Group was founded by Brandon Jarnesky, a veteran who spent a decade in the armed forces before moving into construction. The habits came with him: show up when you said you would, brief the crew, document the day, leave the site clean. That’s the standard every job is held to.

An on-site assessment, quoted up front, where we look at conditions, access and constraints. It’s paid work because it’s real work — and it’s what makes an estimate hold instead of unravelling into change orders.

We go through the plans together
You sit down with the owner to walk through plans, blueprints and concepts — then you get a scope, a number and a schedule you can hold us to.

The estimate is the estimate
We scope, quantify and price before breaking ground, and we cost the things that get skipped — permitting, access, disposal, island freight. Change orders happen when someone didn’t look hard enough at the start.
You know what happened today
A dedicated superintendent on every project, daily photo logs and progress notes. You should never have to ring to find out whether anyone showed up.
Finished means finished
Punch list, final inspection, as-builts, warranties and a care guide for maintaining the work. A project isn’t done when the crew leaves — it’s done when you can operate it.
