In This Role You Will

• Plan, coordinate and monitor logistics for multiple construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of all materials and equipment.
• Maintain and update inventory and delivery schedules, using both digital and manual tracking systems.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, project managers and field crews to coordinate resources and resolve issues.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Support project managers with documentation, reporting and process improvements.
• Enforce UCG’s standards for safety, quality and accountability in all logistics activities.
• Be a visible, reliable presence on-site every day, modeling a “no excuses” attitude and a commitment to team success.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior construction logistics experience required — just intelligence, drive and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in construction, logistics or supply chain is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
